Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas/Kitchen Crew. As a Barista/Kitchen Crew member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, and smoothies
- Assist in the preparation of food items, such as sandwiches and pastries
- Take customers’ orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café and kitchen area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
