Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience in running a coffee focus bar/kiosk efficiently
- Able to brew coffee with various methods, from espresso to filter
- Able to develop new drink menu
- Knowledge in Specialty Coffee & always keeping tab on the latest trend/development in Specialty Coffee
- Able to establish brewing recipe for various single origin/brewing method
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Pleasant, positive & responsible person
- Able & experience in working with a dynamic team
- Result oriented, can work independently & is a self-starter
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Passionate about coffee, tea & food is a plus
Responsibility:
- To manage & lead the team on all aspects of daily operation of a coffee focus cafe include but not limited to the below:
- Makes and serves coffee, tea and light food
- Order processing from taking order, POS handling to payment & serving
- Cleaning & upkeeping of the cafe
- Stocktaking, replenishment & inventory management
- To achieve monthly sales target
- To introduce new menu every quarter
- To consistently upkeeping our brand presence in social media
- To train new staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 per month
