Job Description
– Prepare and serve coffee, tea beverages, and other menu items such as pastries and sandwiches.
– Ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Monitor and check goods with an expiry date.
– Perform daily/weekly housekeeping tasks.
– Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies needed for the day’s operations.
– Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
– Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
– Assist the cashier at the checkout point when required.
– Provide effective and efficient service to assist customers in all aspects.
– Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements to the superior.
– Perform any other ad-hoc assignments by the superior.
