Job Description
THE JOBSCOPE:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats.
- Answer guests’ questions, attend to their needs during the event.
- Serve snacks and drinks to guests.
- Guide guests to different areas and provide venue tours.
- Help in event preparation, set up tables, and assist in cleanup.
- Collaborate with staff for a great guest experience.
- Ensure event safety and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably experienced as a server.
- Courteous, attentive, and physically fit for the job.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Team player with the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
