Job Description
Two95 International INC seeks a Bakery Production Executive to assist the Production Manager in daily operations, production planning and monitoring output, downtime and rejects. You will resolve operational issues, manage staff schedules and discipline, develop SOPs and maintain accurate records. Enforce GMP, HACCP and ISO 2200 standards, supervise and train staff to meet KPIs and report production progress. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, preferably 2+ years’ related experience; baking experience is an advantage. Computer literate with strong leadership, communication and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Salary: RM 400-500.
