About the Role:

The Automotive Warranty Executive will play a crucial role in reviewing warranty claims and inquiries, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review warranty claims in line with policy guidelines.
• Provide support as a warranty resource for authorized dealers.
• Process claims via client online systems.
• Maintain high-quality, speedy resolution for dealer inquiries.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Experience as an Automotive Warranty Specialist/Assessor.
• Must have team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to RM5,00.00/month
