Job Description
- To conduct service and repair work in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and report to the workshop controller for necessary technical assistance.
- To carry out all repair jobs required on job cards.
- To submit add job forms for additional recommended repairs and get approval before proceeding with the repair.
- To write comments on feedback/add-job form for each service line and confirm that the work has been carried out correctly.
- To complete repair jobs within the specified time and meet the monthly efficiency and productivity target.
- To report promptly to the workshop controller upon job completion and collect the next assigned work order, clocking accordingly in the system.
- To ensure all warranty parts are packed and tagged with proper information before returning them to the Parts Department.
- To ensure cleanliness in the work bay and maintain hand tools properly and in good condition.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,573.87 – RM3,291.86 per month
