Job Description

Salary: RM 5,500 – RM 8,00 per month

The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service workshop, supervising technicians, and ensuring high service quality standards. This role includes handling customer technical issues, warranty claims, and optimizing turnaround time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle workshop management (LCV experience preferred).
- Technical knowledge in engine, diagnostics, chassis, and A/C systems.
- Experience in training technicians and customer interactions.
- Able to read service manuals and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong leadership and responsibility.
