An automotive service advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the automotive industry. This role involves assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, estimating repair costs, scheduling appointments, and coordinating repairs with technicians.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately identify vehicle issues
