Job Description
– Oversee daily operations of the service department, including training, maintenance, and managing staff schedules.
– Supervise the progress of each repair order throughout the day and ensure repairs are charged out correctly.
– Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.
– Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
– Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies/equipment as needed.
– Oversee safety standards to ensure the workplace area complies with company safety policies.
– Implement strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
