Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Dealer Manager who is fluent in Mandarin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our automotive dealership and maintaining relationships with our Mandarin-speaking customers.
Your main duties will include managing sales and customer service teams, developing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Prior experience in automotive sales or dealership management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
