Job Description
We are currently seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Associates in Policy Owner Services, specifically in the Life POS department in Singapore.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, handling inquiries related to life insurance policies, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of policy transactions.
Key responsibilities include assisting policy owners with policy-related requests, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
