Job Description
As an Associate-Retail Operations at AIA, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient retail operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Supporting the store manager in daily administrative tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer issues
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional activities
- Contributing to achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
