Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in the Policy Owner Services department.
As an Associate in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. This includes handling inquiries, processing requests, and resolving any issues related to their policies.
In addition, you will also assist in maintaining accurate policy records, updating customer information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of insurance policies will be considered a plus.
