Job Description

Main Purpose of Role:

We are seeking an Associate to join our HR Service Center at Abbott Laboratories. The main purpose of this role is to maintain accurate employee information, ensuring compliance with legal obligations while supporting effective human resource planning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage changes to human resource programs and policies.
• Maintain secure employee records in our HRIS.
• Analyze data to prepare reports for management and external agencies.
• Handle inquiries while upholding privacy and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

Requires an Associate Degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
