Job Description
Main Purpose of Role: The Associate will maintain accurate employee information to meet the organization’s legal obligations and support human resource management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process changes to human resource programs and policies to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Maintain employee records, either manually or in an HRIS, ensuring data security.
- Manage data on personal details, job history, and other essential documentation.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to meet legal requirements.
- Respond to inquiries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree (approximately 13 years).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
