Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate – Customer Support. As an Associate – Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Cantonese-speaking customers.
Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chats. You will assist customers in resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position should be fluent in Cantonese and have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and have a customer-focused mindset.
Prior experience in a customer support role, especially in a Cantonese-speaking environment, would be advantageous. Proficiency in using customer support software and basic knowledge of online navigating tools are also desired.
