Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Customer Specialist. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and possess excellent communication skills. As an Associate Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries or issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email
- Answering product-related questions and providing accurate information
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints or technical issues
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
