Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team. As an Associate – AR/Cash Application, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording customer payments, ensuring all payments are allocated correctly in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical and organizational skills, and solid knowledge of accounting principles. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately apply customer payments to their respective accounts
• Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare and distribute reports outlining payment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper payment processing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or cash application
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
