Job Description
The Assistant Technician: Data Centre Operations supports the daily operations of our data centre facilities. Responsibilities include assisting with server installations, performing hardware and software troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, and providing general technical support.
Key Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of server hardware and software configurations
- Familiarity with data centre operations and protocols
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Assist with server installations and configurations
