Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of our department.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in developing work schedules, training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the adherence to company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
