Job Description
Requirements:
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Assistant Supervisor
To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team:
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs’ duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on the company’s policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
Maintain a professional level of customer service in promoting the company’s products:
- Provide professional services to customers.
- Ensure adequate stock levels.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Being a cashier and promote expertise in card.
