Job Description
- Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations such as inbound, inventory, and outbound.
- Manage team members’ performance, including attendance, work schedule, and KPI.
- Track and share the progress of shipments with the supervisor.
- Prepare daily reports on inventory, transportation, and daily sales, and compile monthly/annual summary reports.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operation, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Responsible for stock security, safety, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the warehouse area is safe, clean, and organized through regular inspections.
- Continuously find ways to improve and enhance existing processes.
- Propose solutions to any problems or issues that may arise.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
