Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales and lead store team to maximize opportunities.
• Enhance sales return and increase overall transactions.
• Implement effective sales promotions and maintain display standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure optimal stock availability and efficient logistics.
• Motivate team to achieve daily sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work retail hours and public holidays.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate (CR) is preferred.
