Job Description
An Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills. The Assistant Store Manager will provide support in managing the store staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising and training store personnel.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Help implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase profitability.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to schedule staff shifts and optimize store operations.
