Job Description
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fashion/sport retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager in developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Perform additional assistant store manager duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
