Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Property) to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for our property division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in coordinating sales activities and ensuring accurate sales forecasts.
• Create and maintain promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online marketing content.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software.
