Job Description
Job Scope:
- Lead the Sales Unit for FMSB Business Segments
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company’s sales targets
- Ensure Sales Team achieves target set by the company by initiating the best initiatives to succeed in achieving the goals
- Explore potential new markets/segments/customers to increase current company sales
- Motivate and train team members to improve their sales performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to enhance sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Monitor and ensure sufficient inventory of products in all FMSB warehouses throughout Malaysia
- Provide Sales Budget Forecast and Proposal for the entire Sales Department in detail
- Perform assigned tasks directed by the Head of Sales & Marketing as required
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or related field
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience
- Willingness to travel/relocate
