Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to support the overall sales strategy and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Preparing sales reports and presenting sales performance to management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
