Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of logistics. As an Assistant Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales Manager in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the logistics industry. Prior experience in sales within the logistics sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and develop pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
