Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant/store
• Provide leadership and control to ensure excellent service and food quality
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety
• Prepare shift/weekly reports, manage staff, and sales
• Capable of training and guiding sales teams

Requirements:

• Minimum education: primary/secondary/SPM/”O” Level or higher in Hospitality/Food Service Management, Hotel/Tourism/Hotel Management
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Language proficiency in Malay and English
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work long hours, especially on weekends and public holidays
