Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. This position will provide support to the project management team in various administrative and coordination tasks.
The main responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager include:
- Assisting in project planning and scheduling
- Coordinating project meetings and taking minutes
- Managing project documentation and ensuring quality control
- Tracking project progress against milestones
- Communicating with stakeholders and team members
- Assisting in budget monitoring and reporting
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in project management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience with project management software is a plus.
