Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant – Procure to Pay (P2P). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the P2P team in managing procurement processes, vendor relationships, and invoice processing.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in procurement or finance is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vendor onboarding and relationship management
- Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
