Job Description
Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen and above 18 years old
- Education: SPM with min 6 months running shift experiences (Restaurant or Retail) Diploma or Degree holder in any field (Fresh graduate encouraged to apply)
- Good written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to work in shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
- Passionate about career development in the Food and Beverages industry.
- Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Drive
- Must be able to work/relocate within the Malaka Area
- Must be available to attend training outside Melaka area (Hostel Provided)
Responsibility:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the entire outlet operation and ensuring the performances are up to standards-driven by HQ
- Ensure excellent customer service and meet customer expectations
- Manage and supervise Crew and riders during your shift
- Ensure proper cash and credit handling following company cash policy
- Conduct inventory stock checks
- Execute all SOPs and processes (food preparation cycle, dispatch of routes) timely and according to schedule
- Maintain highest food safety & hygiene standards at all times
