Job Description
Requirements:
- Malaysian Citizen above 18 years old
- Education: SPM with min 6 months running shift experiences or Diploma/Degree in any field
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Passionate about career development in the F&B industry
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Drive
Responsibilities:
- Assist Outlet Manager in operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage crew and riders efficiently
- Handle cash and credit transactions per company policy
- Conduct inventory stock checks
- Maintain food safety & hygiene standards
