Job Description
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet.
- To ensure vehicles are always in good conditions and ready on the road all the time.
- To conduct inspections on vehicles when the vehicles check-in to detect and resolve problems, plan all repairs and installation to ensure that vehicles are being operated safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that the work operation process is as per company SOP.
- To provide professional automobile advisory services to customers visiting the service center.
- To conduct an assessment of vehicle conditions and provide accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle conditions based on findings.
- To manage all driver’s issues/complaints and escalate to management, when required, to resolve the issues on time, with support from relevant managers and other support staff.
- Monitor job progress and coordinate with the workshop and relevant departments, to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers within the committed delivery time. Any delays should be communicated to the customer promptly and in advance.
- Updating daily reports as requested and required by management.
