Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager in our Workshop department. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Workshop Manager in overseeing the operations and activities of the workshop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of workshop activities
- Supervising and managing the workshop staff
- Ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality and efficiency of work
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of workshop operations are preferable.
