Job Description
Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual merchandising? We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Visual Merchandising department. In this role, you will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure our products are displayed in an appealing and compelling way to attract customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Create visually stunning displays that effectively showcase our products and reflect our brand image.
- Assist in the implementation of planograms and ensure visual standards are maintained.
- Train and guide the visual merchandising team on best practices and techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our displays are fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
