Job Description
Responsible to refine product recipes and formulations.
Responsible to develop annual planning menu launches.
Must be able to work independently handle a full project from menu innovation, sourcing, costing, product testing with management, completed SOP.
Proficient in MS Office & Google Drive Applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
Collaborate with procurement, Training department, Operations teams to facilitate the smooth transition of new products from development.
Product Analysis & Menu Engineering
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Local travel might need.
