Job Description
Your role at HEINEKEN
In this role, you will:
- Provide key analysis and insights for decision making
- Identify and share best practices in improvements to financial reporting to facilitate the budget and expenditures review for Supply Chain fixed overheads
- Drive process improvement/automation (Speed & Simplicity process) related to Supply Chain Finance.
- Analyse & perform asset capitalization at the right time during commissioning, as well as prepare financial impact evaluation for new capital expenditures
- Safeguard the company asset by conducting annual physical count & provide analysis & reports on variances
- Review & analyse on RPM useful life annually based on circulation time, market & site loss tracking and revise the rate of depreciation, market loss & site loss
- Ensure Company’s financial & public risk are managed & insured sufficiently
- Perform monthly reviews on stock development and identify the reasons for major deviations
- Prepare and review yearly Annual Plan (AP), Strategy Plan (SP) with the Head of Supply Chain Finance and respective MTs
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in FMCG industry and/or Big 4 audit firm with working experience
- Added advantage: experience in Supply Chain Finance and/or CAPEX
- Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
- Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
