Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Retail Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Planning Manager in developing and executing merchandising plans to drive sales and maximize profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and demand plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandise strategies
- Create and manage inventory plans to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts
- Monitor and analyze the performance of merchandise categories to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies to achieve sales and margin targets
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in retail planning or merchandising. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
