Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Management and team members
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow platform between the boss/team members and various departments within the organization
- Monitoring Chiefs’ schedule and coordinate properly
- Guests arrangement (Hotel booking, Transportation)
- Board of Director (BOD) Meeting Preparation & Coordination
- DCR, MWR Preparation & Coordination
- Exco Meeting Preparation & Coordination
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required by the Management
