Job Description
The job scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Briefing staff every morning
- Consulting customers and providing backup as a beautician and hairstylist
- Closing sales
- Stock in/stock out
- Supervising staff
- Supervising cleanliness of the spa
- Updating daily staff reports
- Handling customer complaints
- Directing staff onboarding
- Providing training to staff on a weekly basis
- Supervising and updating staff rankings weekly
