Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities include assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, managing inventory, and leading a team of F&B staff. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for implementing strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
