Job Description
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related field
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in supervisory or assistant management role within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Cigar, coffee preparation, and cafe operations
