Job Description
Are you a proactive and analytical individual? Do you have a knack for identifying and mitigating potential risks? We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Manager in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls.
- Identify and analyze emerging risks, ensuring appropriate strategies are in place.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in risk management software and Microsoft Office.
