Job Description
Main Job Objectives:
The Assistant Manager – Compliance & Audit at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad will assist the credit management team in executing audit and compliance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
- Propose process improvements for the Credit Management Group (CMG).
- Plan and execute audits, including Call Quality Management (CQM).
- Communicate with relevant department heads and stakeholders.
- Establish and review operating procedures and policies.
Job Requirements:
- Professional degree in finance, auditing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in collections, auditing, or financial services.
- Knowledge of credit management and banking operations preferred.
- Understanding of legal processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Important Note:
This role is based in Subang Jaya office, with plans to relocate to Cheras Maluri in early 2025.
