Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Car Park Operation department. This challenging role requires a highly organized individual to oversee day-to-day operations and support the Manager in ensuring efficient car park management.
Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating parking operations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring revenue collection, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a similar role or in the parking industry is preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in car park management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
