Job Description
To monitor, administer, and maintain the department’s Integrated Management System (IMS), which consists of ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO27001 (Information Management System), and ISO14001 (Environment Management System) as well as ISO37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System).
To assist in preparing or drafting policy/framework, procedures, guidelines, manuals, or forms for the department to fulfill the requirements of IMS.
To educate and enhance the department’s awareness level on IMS’s requirements.
To support the governance initiatives for Group Corporate Management for ACSM to fulfill the listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia, Security Commissioner, applicable laws, and regulations.
To support the department head in conducting performance analysis, generating reports, managing the invoicing process, and payments from BPO clients.
