Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our organization as an Assistant Manager – Business Development.
As the Assistant Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in business development and sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
